Q01. How big are the pens for dogs?
A01. Average size is 20 feet long and 6 feet wide. Some pens are larger still.

Q02. Will my dog be boarding on its own?
A02. 90% of dogs are very succesfully paired and love the company. They share a pen and also share an outdoor run at playtime with one other dog.

Q03. How much contact will my dog have with people?
A03. There is at least one staff member in each of our facilities all day, more of course during peak seasons.

Q04. How often will my dog be excercised?
A04. We have 35 playgrounds, average time spent each day is 1.5 hours - subject to weather conditions and high or low season.

Q05. What do we feed?
A05. We carry some premium ranges, i.e Eukanuba, chicken roll, fresh mince and Bonnies complete dry. Special diets enquiries welcome.

Q06. If my dog becomes unwell or is injured during its stay, what happens?
A06. Our policy is to use your pets vet, they know your pet best. If they are unavailable or distance is a problem we will use our own on call vet, who would then confer with your veterinarian.

Q07. Which type of vaccination should my dog have?
A07. All dogs boarding must be vaccinated with a C5 vaccine. Proof of current (being within 12 months) vaccination must be presented before your dog is eligible for boarding.

Q08. How big are the cat pens?
A08. We have a new facility opened in December 1997 named "the Courtyard". Our pens are fabulous in here, ranging from 20 feet x 7 feet scaling down to 8 feet x 4 feet.

Q09. Will my cat be on its own?
A09. Yes, we never mix cats, however if you have two cats from the one family, they certainly can share a pen.

Q10. Which type of vaccination should my cat have?
A10. We ask for FE and cat flu. Feline leukemia is not necessary.

Q11. Does my dog his/her own bedding and toys?
A11. This is not required. We provide fantastic hammocks for the larger dogs, where the small dogs are housed in moulded kennels, with fabric lining. Toys are often not played with at the kennels, as there is so much activity, down time is low.

Q12. How often will my dog be fed?
A12. Main meal for the day is served in the morning, many pets are on two meals per day, we are more than happy to accommodate any request, even three meals for small fussy pets is fine with us.

Q13. What time should I check my pet in?
A13. R. The earlier in the day the better, this allows staff more time to spend with your pet to ensure they have settled. We do open at 8am and close at 5pm, we must have your pet in by 3.30pm at the latest.
