Medium size to large dogs are boarded in "The Main". This area is quite diverse. All pens are extremely comfortable, varying in size, with many play areas adjoining the facility. Each pen is totally protected from the elements, many of the pens have floor heating. All pens face into a central garden area, which enables the dogs good viewing all day.
Play time is high on the request list of owners with large dogs. All dogs boarding enjoy play time with their partner or on their own. Time spent in play area varies due to weather conditions and high or low season.
Special Care Areas
We know from experience that boarding is a little harder on the seniors of the pet world, and also on convalescing pets. Therefore we have made special provisions for their needs:

Prescribed diets and medication given as required

For the Owner
Successful boarding is a shared responsibility between the owner and the kennel. You can help prepare your pet for the boarding experience by developing a healthy, sociable personality. Inform us if he/she has any special idiosyncrasies or medical problems. Make certain that all immunizations are current. Only clean, parasite free animals will be allowed to board. Therefore, pre-admission bathing may be required.
