Check In Time:
We don’t have a check in time but we do prefer our guests here earlier in the day between 9.00am and 1.00pm if possible, otherwise 4.00pm is the latest check in time, we like at least an hour to settle our guests in.

Check Out Time: 11.00am
If you collect your pet between 8.00am and 11.00am you are not charged for that day, you are able to collect up until 4.45pm but will be charged for that day after 11.00am
