| Hydrobath and blow-dry | $25-$50. A complimentary hydrobath and blow-dry is given to dogs who board 2 nights or more. Dogs with long coats may incur a $25 bathing fee. |

A minimum boarding charge of 7 days applies over Easter.
A minimum boarding charge of 14 days applies to bookings from 22nd December to 3rd of January.
A minimum boarding charge of 7 days applies from the 2nd of January until the 15th of January.
A deposit of $100 is required for Easter and Christmas/January periods, at time of booking.
If bookings are cancelled a minimum of four weeks prior to the actual booking, a refund will be given.
Check-in and Check-out times: Weekdays 8am to 4pm, Saturdays 8am to 3pm. If pets are collected prior to 11am, there is no charge for that day.
A 25% deposit is required on arrival for bookings of four weeks or longer.
A 10% discount applies to bookings of 28 days or longer, except over December and January peak period.
Any pets with large knots or matts will be groomed at our discretion and a grooming fee will be charged accordingly.
Accounts are to be paid upon collection or delivery.
We accept Visa, Bankcard, Mastercard, AMEX, EFTPOS Cheque and cash.
