Monday to Friday: 8am – 2pm
Saturday: 8.30am – 2pm
Please arrive as early in the day you can. This gives us more time to spend with your pet so that we can get to know them and so that they have plenty of time to settle in before their first night with us.
Please note: our office closes early at 12pm on Saturdays of long weekends, some days either side of a Public Holiday, and the days between Christmas and New Years. The 2026 dates affected are: Saturday 24th January, Saturday 7th March, Saturday 6th June, Saturday 25th September, Monday 2nd November, Tuesday 29th December, Wednesday 30th December and Thursday 31st December.

Please note: A departure day charge applies after 11am. If you collect your pet in the morning on the day of departure you will not be charged for that day.
Inspections:
Inspections are welcome, where existing or prospective clients are able to come and visit our facilities, so they are able to see for themselves how we operate, what we have to offer and, most importantly, how the dogs and cats are enjoying themselves in our care.
Monday to Saturday: Between 11am and 2pm in off peak periods.
Please note: we do not conduct inspections on Sundays, school holidays, long weekends, or heavy arrival/departure days (i.e. either side of a long weekend)
