A complimentary hydrobath and blow-dry is given to dogs who board with us for three nights or more. Dogs with long coats may incur an extra bathing fee of $15.00 to $45.00.

Non-boarders are also welcome to book in for a dog hydrobath and blow-dry on any day our office is open.

Extra Coat Care & Brushing

You can now book in additional brushing sessions for your pet!

These sessions allow us to schedule in extra time dedicated to maintaining your pet’s coat and can be scheduled regularly or once off during the stay.

We check the condition of every guest’s coat on arrival to ensure it is healthy, knot-free, and manageable for both your pet and our team during their stay. Each dog receives a full brush-out once weekly to help maintain coat condition and prevent knots from forming, with daily spot checks carried out by our team.

Extra Coat Care may include:

– Brushing out existing knots or tangles (where possible)
– Ongoing maintenance of longer or thicker coats
– Blowing out undercoat
– Gentle, relaxed brushing or combing sessions

If your pet has a long, thick, or tangle-prone coat, or one that knots easily, this option may be recommended for you.

Please note: Dogs with knotty coats, matting, or impacted undercoats may require a full groom with one of our professional groomers. In these cases, we may be unable to complete the complimentary bath and blow-dry prior to departure. This is always in the best interests of your dog, as wetting knots can cause them to tighten and become more severe. For minor knots or tangles, our team may be able to gently brush these out during your pet’s stay.
