Accounts are to be paid upon arrival.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, EFTPOS, electronic funds transfer and cash.
Payments may also be made online via the invoice link in the relevant confirmation email or by logging in to your account in our online portal.
Please note: electronic funds transfers are to be made at a minimum of three days prior to your arrival date.

MEDICATION FORM
Required if a pet has Medication or Supplements.
OWN FOOD FORM
Required if owners are providing their pet’s own food.
TRIAL STAY FORM
Required for dogs completing a Trial Stay.
HEALTH DECLARATION
Required for small dogs or cats over 12y, medium to large dogs over 10y, and pets of any age with ongoing medical issues.
