Home Pick-up & Delivery

We operate a pet transport service that offers home pick-up and delivery service on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings between 6am and 10am. If a Public Holiday falls on one of these days, the service operates on the Wednesday morning of that week instead.

Our vehicles are air conditioned and have rubber flooring for comfort and stability of your pets. All cats and small dogs are transported in pet carriers.

Owners/guardians must be present to hand over and receive pets from our drivers. As not all pets travel well, please do not feed your pet on the morning of collection and we will provide them with breakfast once they arrive at our pet hotel & pet boarding facility Cottage Kennels and Cattery. Please be aware that we do not feed pets on the morning of departure for the same reason so please remember to feed them once they are home.

Unfortunately we cannot book certain times, but will always contact you the day prior to confirm all reservation details and let you know our driver’s ETA for the following morning.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you would like to book our pick-up and delivery service.
