Home Pick-up & Delivery

We operate a pet transport service that offers home pick-up and delivery on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The services operates between the following hours:

Mondays & Fridays: MORNING ROUTE (6:30am to 10:30am)
Tuesdays & Thursdays: MIDDAY ROUTE (12:00pm to 4:00pm)

Our vehicles are air conditioned with custom fitted individual compartments for safety. Each section has rubber flooring with non-slip, veterinary grade, fleece bedding for the comfort and stability of your pets. All cats and small dogs are transported in secure, airline quality pet carriers.

Owners/guardians must be present to hand over and receive pets from our drivers.

For our morning routes (Mondays and Fridays), we do not feed pets before home drop off to avoid car sickness so please remember to feed them once they are home. We ask that you also do not feed breakfast for our morning home pick ups for the same reason.

Unfortunately we cannot book certain times, but will always contact you the day prior to confirm all reservation details and let you know our driver’s ETA for the following morning.

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice if you would like to book our pick-up and delivery service.

Please note: we are unable to offer home collection for your pet’s first stay. We have found that pets who are new to Cottage generally settle best when they arrive with their family, as it gives them the opportunity to see you comfortably hand them over into our care. It also gives us the chance to meet you in person, get to know your family, and ensure we have all the information we need to make your pet’s first stay a positive experience.
